The MG Windsor EV made its debut in the Indian market on September 11, 2024, with the aim of transforming the electric vehicle sector, showcasing MG's dedication to sustainability, innovation, and affordability.

By integrating advanced technology, impressive performance, and affordability, here are the reasons why I firmly believe the MG Windsor EV is the best EV available for under 20 Lakh Indian Rupees.
Pricing: Value for Money Proposition
The MG Windsor EV is available in three variants, with ex-showroom pricing beginning at Rs 14 Lakhs for the base variant, Excite, Rs 15 Lakhs for the mid-tier variant, Exclusive, and Rs 16 Lakhs for the top-tier variant, Essence.
At this price point there is no other EV or an ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) powered car which offers a size as big as the Windsor, features-list as long as the Windsor, Comfort, Luxury and space as good as the Windsor and looks as imposing and striking as the Windsor.
The Mg Windsor EV is comparable in size and dimensions to vehicles in the compact SUV segment, such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, Maruti-Suzuki Grand Vitara, Tata Curvv, and others. As an Electric Vehicle, its starting price is on par with these models, but its top model is significantly more affordable, without any compromise on features.
It's remarkable that MG has kept the price of an electric vehicle on par with that of traditional internal combustion engine vehicles.

Although a few variants of the Nexon EV provide a better range, the Windsor surpasses the Nexon EV in all other aspects.
